This image first appeared on the cover of ''Muzzle Blast" magazine in June 2006.  In the painting ''Eyes of Liberty'', I tried to express the look of defiance in the face the patriot.  The original was included in the ''Salon International 2006 Contempory Masters Exhibit", San Antonio, Texas. ''Shawnee Raider'' first appeared on the Sepember/October 2005 issue of "On the Trail" Magazine. Tecumseh, the great Shawnee warrior, was 17 years old in 1785 when he began leading attacks on pioneers traveling the Ohio River.

The original 24x36 oil was exhibited at the Phippen Museum 32nd Annual Western Art Show & Sale May 27, 28, & 29, 2006 Prescott, Arizona.

The ''Washington Welcome Center'' was painted on site as a demostration for one of my outdoor workshops.  It took me about three days to paint it.  Each day I would paint for three hours then my class would have the rest of the day for painting.  Old Washington in the early spring is really a beautiful town.
