Description   This image first appeared on the cover of ''Muzzle Blast" magazine in June 2006.  In the painting ''Eyes of Liberty'', I tried to express the look of defiance in the face the patriot.  The original was included in the ''Salon International 2006 Contempory Masters Exhibit", San Antonio, Texas.   Features... ''Eyes of Liberty'' was used as a premium print sponsored by the National Muzzle Loading Rifle Association. I saved fifty artist proofs and hand singed each one with a gold pen. When I was working on the painting I tried to express the look of defiance in the face the patriot. I became friends wih the model at Fort Ticonderoga, New York.
