Description   "Got Beef?'' Kentucky is the 8th largest beef producing state in the nation.   Features... My wife Susan and I were out for a drive one Sunday afternoon. It was October and we were enjoying a warm autumn day. As we drove along I noticed in the distance a herd of cattle cooling in a creek. I thought it looked like a scene from an English oil painting. Stopping the car and crossing a low fence I slowly approched the cattle. Sometimes cattle will spook and scatter when a stranger approches, but they didn't. I liked the way the cattle were standing and decided to paint a small watercolor of the scene. From the watercolor I painted a large oil. The giclee prints on canvas are hand singed and numbered.
